About Artists & Causes

On an almost daily basis, creative professionals are asked to donate their time and talent to a myriad of great causes. The challenge lies in the reality that every time a visual artist is asked to donate a work of art, every time a musician is asked to perform gratis, and every time a culinary artist is asked to donate complimentary fare, causes essentially are asking those professionals to give up their paychecks to support the cause. The same holds true for photographers, graphic designers, writers, broadcast and print media, event venues and more.

The mission of Artists & Causes is to bring together the creatives and the causes, working in partnership to ensure mutually beneficial opportunities for all involved. What results is a celebration of both the artists and the causes, in a way that helps ensure sustainability of the creative community while enhancing the community through the cause’s greater good.
